Conveniently located near the train station. Clean, spacious rooms with large private bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the free welcome drink and communal areas. Great place to meet new people and relax.

Free internet!! Also, its location by the train station (we were in transit). It was comfortable, clean and with nice interior design (not dowdy). We left early, before breakfast was served by we still managed to get an espresso and to pack some food to eat on the train.

We had a fantastic time at this place and are already excited to return for another visit due to the amazing experience we had.

Hotel too expensive for what they offer.... I had to change room 3 times. In the first one the air conditioning was out of order. In 2nd, the same problem. Both rooms were poor in quality and were really old, disgusting. There were some other better rooms, but I only got one because the previous 2 were in bad conditions. Too expansive. Hotel Ibis would have been a pretty better option. I do not recommend this hotel.

The location is very convinient, just 50m from the central station kai about 100m from metro. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip to Milano!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. the accommodation is top-notch, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. the 24/7 food availability is a great perk, and the bar offers a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. the daily events are a fantastic way to meet new people and have fun. the location near the central station and numerous restaurants is very convenient. the building also has great chill-out areas where you can relax and socialize. as young travelers, this place is the perfect choice in Milan.

The location of the hotel was just a 3 minutes walk from Milan Centrale Station. Excellent location with restaurants and cafes nearby.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and were relieved to find it in a perfect location near the central station. The staff at Bello were really good, available 24/7 and always ready to answer our questions. Despite our concerns, the room was surprisingly quiet and we even received a complimentary drink upon arrival.

Close to centrale fs station with easy access to the centre of the town (Duomo, Galleria). Clean and cozy. I have to mention Hali the waiter in the breakfast; a very good gay (thanks Hali). I recommend it for a sort visit in the town.

I recently stayed at Ostello Bello in Milan for a few days. The location was perfect, just a 4-minute walk from the main train station. The hostel had a great social atmosphere with plenty of common areas and events to meet fellow travelers. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations, maps, and even a welcome drink. My private room was quiet and comfortable, separate from the lively common areas. The free breakfast and dinner were delicious and brought everyone together. the best hostel experience I've had!

Hotel is very close (5 mins walk) from Milano Centrale station. The hotel staff speaks English and was very friendly.

The room was not bright enough. Carpet a bit old and dirty.

Breakfast is very modest. There are not always enough tables available. My iPad could connect to the Internet only from the reception area, it was impossible to get online from the room. I couldn't get an iron on a Sunday. This service was available only on weekdays.
